On the first floor is a living room with stairs to the second floor, a kitchen, a toilet, and a large corner oceanfront terrace with a barbecue, outdoor shower, and dining tables for 8.
On the second (and last) floor are 3 private bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a corner oceanfront balcony with outdoor furniture for 6.
