Apartment on the ground floor of our house with independent access. 2 minutes walk from the beach of Fuentebravía. It has a large private terrace / patio. Very nice and bright. Usable area 34 m2. Private parking
It consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and living room with built-in kitchen, and a double sofa bed. Ideal for a couple with one / two children or for two well-matched couples.

Les + Emplacement avec sa terrasse extérieure, le calme, le cadre avec vue mer, gentillesse et discrétion des propriétaires, parking voiture assuré devant le portail de la propriété Les - Très mauvaise qualité des couchages avec matelas défectueux et creux au milieu dans la chambre principale et un canapé d'appoint qui n'a que le nom de canapé et se rapproche plus d'un futon couchage à 10 cm du sol et très inconfortable Cette location n'est pas adaptée à 4 personnes adultes

Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

la casa es tal cual está anunciada o incluso mejor, tiene ventiladores de techo en las 2 estancias, que para nosotros era un plus! la terraza súper agradable y la hemos usado muchísimo para desayunos y cenas. Maripi y Paco son maravillosos, respuestas súper rápidas, antes y durante la estancia, trato fácil y agradables al máximo. mil gracias a los dos por hacer que nuestras vacaciones hayan sido una gozada!
