On the slope of a hill right next to the sea you find your large and bright apartment with shared pool. Due to the protected location and microclimate you can enjoy unbeatable weather the whole year. On the balcony, that can be glassed in or open, you can enjoy the wide spectacular view over the sea and beach, the house offers all modern comfort one could wish. Away from mass tourism but really close to Santa Cruz makes this the perfect location for your beach holiday or to explore the island.
The small residential complex is located right between the small fisherman’s town of Bocacangrejo and the beautiful playa la nea with its black sand, it has its private parking. Already on the parking you get amazed by the great sea views that you have. From the parking you can either take the stairs or the lift to go up one floor. There you find your large 3-bedroom apartment. First there is a private patio on the back of the apartment and then you can enter. The first room is a room with a bunkbed (200cm*90cm) and a desk for remote working. There is a roof ventilator as well. Next to this room there is the first bathroom decorated with a natural stone sink and a rain shower.
Then you get to the spectacular living area where your eyes immediately get locked on the amazing ocean views. The decoration has natural tones, and the wooden elements give a comfortable feel to the room. The large open plan living room is really bright and has so much natural light entering the room. You have comfortable furniture to relax and watch the large 60-inch TV. With a Chromecast so you can stream all your favourite content from you mobile device (Netflix, Disney+, Spotify etc.) There is a large dining table separating the living and the kitchen area. In the big kitchen you find everything you need for cooking with all the great products you can buy on the island. Pans, pots, cutlery it is all there. Just like a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (and a filter and moka), dishwasher, double sized induction hub, oven microwave and a fridge freezer. Connected to the living room is the incredible balcony which is the crown jewel of the house. Ample 200º views over the village of Bocacangrejo, the ocean and playa la Nea can be enjoyed either from the bar table or the lounge seats. As well you can see the volcanos of Guïmar and the town of Candelaria in the distance. The unique thing of the balcony is that it has glass curtains. They can be held closed to protect you from the ocean breeze or be completely opened to fully enjoy the sunshine. This unique feature makes it possible to enjoy outside living every moment of the day or year.
Next to the living room is the second bedroom that is nicely decorated and has two beds (190cm*90cm) that can be used separate or as a comfortable double bed. In this room you have the comfort of a roof ventilator as well. And then you get to the astonishing master bedroom that would not mis stand as a luxury hotel room. You have a king-size bed (200cm*180cm) in an open setting with a design bathroom that is separated by the sleeping part by two big mirrors. Off course you have a walk-in rain shower and again two unique natural stone sinks that refer to the volcanic rocks that you can see from your bedroom window. To top it of there is a roof ventilator and a TV so you can enjoy your precious holiday nights to the fullest!
On a short walk you can get to the marina of Radazul that has several nice restaurants and a mini market. Both the north and south airport are on a short drive from the house. Approximately 15 and 35 minutes.
The complex has a private parking and a lift that can either bring you to your apartment or the nice community swimming pool. From the quiet pool area, you can enjoy gorgeous views over the ocean and the mountains. This is a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the sun the whole day through. Behind your apartment you have your private patio where a 10kg washing machine is placed.
The complex is not a holiday but a residential complex. Logically the rest and comfort of our neighbours must be respected and the community rules have to be followed.
