"Vic gets 5 stars as the host! He was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean and very comfortable. We experienced a couple issues with the home, but they were resolved quickly by Vic. The home is pet-friendly, which we needed as we were travelling with our two goldens. The backyard is loaded with lovely fruit trees, but is not really the best for larger dogs. The few areas where the dogs could go potty were covered with numerous fake grass tarps. Our dogs were having trouble understanding they could go potty on these. It would be better if there were real grass or even tanbark to cover the dirt rather than the tarps. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. And we were very impressed with Vic's attention to our needs."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Such an interesting and quicky retro California ranch home! House was spotless, amazing views, really terrific property. We were in town for a golf tournament and it was a perfect location to get to the course easily. Fred was a fantastic host. Could not have been better. 5 stars!"
