Very quaint hotel, though the rooms need a tad update and tlc (tender loving care). The lobby and surrounding very neat, but then the rooms need update

Booked a room during a stopover from patagonia, on my way back home, specifically for the rooftop pool and bar, as I wanted to enjoy the sun before returning home. The rooftop was closed for a private event, so I couldn't use the pool or rooftop bar, which was very disappointing. Didn't actually sleep in the room so cant comment on how comfortable the room was.

Este hotel es una joya en Santiago. Con una edificacion unica y encantadora. Esta ubicado en un barrio muy entretenido, lleno de restaurantes, discotecas y bares. El personal del hotel es super atento y amable, enfocados en complacer a sus huéspedes. Especial atencion a Andres que nos facilito mucha información para que disfrutaramos de una Noche Buena inolvidable. Gracias por todo. Betty y Yorjam

Yes….really enjoyed the upstairs bar space! Great spot to relax for happy hour before heading out for the evening.

Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond, especially the doormen/ guest service agents. I,would definitely stay again at this wonderful Hotel.
