Elan Valley Reservoirs

Location is superb - right in the centre of Malvern. Car parking is on-site and free of charge. Unfortunately that's where the positives stop. The room was unbearably hot (no A/C and no fan provided). The bathroom tiny and poor quality toiletries provided. Breakfast was poor. The buffet consisted of packets of cereal and a couple of bowls of chopped fruit. The coffee was weak and the quality of the cooked breakfast, not great. We asked for tomato ketchup and this tiny bowl of thin, red gloop arrived which tasted nothing like tomato ketchup. The whole place had the air of 'cost cutting' which is sad as the property is nice and the location brilliant.

Small room but well equipped with an additional fan in this heat👍 Staff very good,helpful and polite. Excellent breakfast and restaurant very good too
