"Check in process was terrible as I arrived at 2:30 pm and the receptionist said at first I would have to pay an early check-in fee, then he said there were no rooms ready, and I explained to him I had to go to work and would not be back after midnight, since I work at the hospital, but he never said that the front door and the main lobby will be closed after 11 pm and I'd have to dial in from the phone for the night attendant to come let me in.
