"The was mold in the rooms . The room wasn’t really cleaned . The towels and rags weren’t white . The evening staff on Friday night is very rude the young lady . I Told her I had an emergency and had to leave I would like to have the receipt she said to me I can’t give it to you because I still have to change you for the night. I then explained to her that was fine she proceeded to say that I scheduled my reservations through a third-party, then printed the receipt."

"This hotel is in an excellent location. However, when we stayed there 3 years ago it was already in need of refreshing, renovating and general updates. It is woefully in need now. Such a great location and friendly helpful staff. If updated this would rate 5 stars. Please consider doing so."

"The location in Hampden was very convenient to the main street in town. Hampden is a fun and funky place to stay with lots of interesting restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and though parking can be a bit challenging, we managed to find street parking close by when we circled the block.We had a glitch in that we had reserved for three people and weren't told until we arrived that there was a double booking and we were put into an apartment for two people upstairs instead. The couch was too short to make sleeping on it comfortable for the third person so we ended up borrowing an air mattress from our daughter to make it work. The owner tried to work with us to move us to the other apartment on the second day, but ours was only a two night stay so we stayed put as we were only in the apartment long enough to sleep. The owner did adjust the price slightly to try to make up for the glitch."

"Upon approach, the property is very unassuming. However, once inside it opens up to a thoughtfully thematic and contemporary living space. The shared living spaces were very accommodating and the rooms were comfortable. The host was very communicative. There was ample street parking provided you didn't arrive too late. On a busy night, a minute walk down the street at best. It was a perfect location for our needs."
