"I loved our stay! The room was big, we had the one with the kitchen in it. It was cold out so we didnt get ti take advantage of the pool or other outdoor amenities but I would definitely stay here again! Nice and clean, helpful staff. Its not a modern place and I love it more because of that. "

"This huge Villa has all the amenities.Sai Rakshit Villa is in a beautiful Location. Removing a star for the lack of bathrooms. Only one full bath and a small half bath in the game room area. For a place with 3 huge bedrooms, several bed options and a sleeper sofa, I think another bathroom would be needed if you have like 10 people staying here. Kitchen was not clean upon arrival; except the refrigerator. As with my last three VRBO.stays, there were no trash bags anywhere to be found. We stayed in deep winter, and used the fireplace with insert stove. The outside grounds guy was excellent in providing firewood at the doorstep. "

"Beautiful house with a fantastic view. The hosts anticipated every need, making our stay very easy and relaxing. We were there over the new year's holiday. Despite the cold and wind, we found plenty to do and really enjoyed our surroundings. On the last day, the wind died down, allowing us to enjoy the deck more. The sunsets are phenomenal."

"This house is cozy and just what our family wanted. The host was outstanding: very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location is a quiet street and, most wonderful, the house is actually right on the water, so that at high tide the water is literally under the house and it feels like being on a houseboat. At low tide there's a beach right outside the back door. The location was one of the best things about this place for us; others we've had, on the Atlantic coast, don't, of course, come with sunsets, nor with such amazing proximity to the beach and water. The house isn't new but has some nice updates (esp. bathroom) and furnishings. It's super easy to drive into town or just up the road for meals. We plan to come back in the summertime."
