"This is a large home with plenty of space to gather together as a group or have space to spread out. The views from the deck and every window are gorgeous, showing off the beauty of the mountains in all directions. This is a peaceful mountain property with stores and restaurants within a half hour drive. We did a lot of exploring different areas of Colorado. The drives were anywhere from a half hour to hour and a half to areas like Boulder, Golden, Nederland, Mount Blue Sky, Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Hiking can also be found closer to the house in Eldorado and the Flat Irons. The owner is easy to communicate with and offers to help out in any way. Overall a great experience!"

"This place in the mountains was beyond perfect, it very much exceeded my expectations. Views were gorgeous, it was clean, comfortable beds, spacious, quiet, never ending hot water, and Matt was very responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say. We enjoyed every minute of our trip."

"I used Heather’s home for overflow guests and thus am reporting their experience.They said the beds were cozy and the house was cool during this nutty heat wave. They loved coffee in the back yard and hanging on the deck. They also met Heather as they arrived and appreciated her help getting them in to the house. I live about 1 mile away from this home and love the neighborhood and know other residents of this block who have loved living here for years. As advertised this home is very walkable to a neighborhood shopping area with incredible restaurant and grocery options, and is close to one of Boulder’s main bike routes with easy access to the city’s off road bike trails, making getting around from here easy and fun! We will direct friends here again and again… "

"The cabin is an older building and thus has things that could be updated that would improve the quality of the stay. It was a little on the expensive side for what it was, but based on other places in the area, not out of line. It was well stocked and had everything we needed with the exception of meals. It was generally clean, but could have used a few finishing touches to make it more pleasant. The main complaint I had was the shower. It was EXTREMELY small and the floor of the shower was extremely slippery and I almost fell a number of times. In general, we had a pleasant stay but I think with a little TLC and at minimal cost, the cabin could be upgraded to make it a much nicer experience to stay there."

"If you want a luxury place to stay this isn't it. It is basic but everything I needed was in stock. I did have a problem with the door lock, so I contacted Rex. He was very hospitable and his handyman came over within an hour or so and replaced the lock with a new one. For me this is all about location, location and location. This was my 2nd stay and I will book again."

"Great location nice neighborhood, excellent host. The property had exactly what we needed. It has a coffee pot small fridge and some snacks and reliable Wi-Fi. Convenient to Boulder and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay there again!"
