"We had a wonderful time. The house was cooled during these 90 degree days. Stairs from parking and dock/lake would be hard for some, but we managed. Deck was wonderful… views terrific! Only complaint was a fishy smell in fridge and freezer that kinda permeated food. Water pressure was low, but owners rushed to change fliers when we contacted them."

"Amazing cabin! Super private and quiet. Amazing lake views! Located on the centennial bike trail that allows easy access to downtown CDA and goes all the way to Spokane. Super comfy beds. Awesome garage playroom with additional futon. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the outside sitting areas. It was super hot when we visited and the A/C units worked great. Ideally located just a few minutes to downtown CDA, Tubbs Hill trails and Tony’s and Vantage Brewery even closer. We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!"

"Easy access to lakefront cabin. Secure deck for dogs and children. Lakefront primary-bedroom with two back bedrooms and a loft. Shore and dock were clean, although dock frame needs repair and was very unstable during passing waves. Plenty of parking and a nice loop for a morning run. Large, new appliances. Quiet area, beautiful views. Great for swimming, SUP, boating and relaxing."

"The house was fantastic, good access to dock/water! Just a couple of items that would have made our stay even more enjoyable:Water cooler was empty, body wash bottles were empty, one time tiny ice cube tray, ice maker not working. Two 70yr old ladies surprised by 2 steep paths down to house and getting luggage down. But we enjoyed this place so much and would come again!"
