Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

Just back from Brussels and wanted to say how brilliant this hotel is. From the moment we arrived the staff were fabulous, welcoming and attentive which really made us feel at home.
The room was far larger than expected, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
It's pretty convenient for the city centre. Walking it takes about half an hour but if that's too far there's a frequent tram service around the corner that'll get you into the main tourist areas in about fifteen minutes. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe and provides a nice respite from the crowds in the city centre.
We'll definitely return if we come back to Brussels. Merci
