"Carpet was dirty throughout the entire hotel. Room smelt like a basement. There were a ton of stains on the carpet in the room. I've also tried contacting the hotel for 1 week straight not one person picked up the phone also their voicemail is full very unprofessional. Something important fell out of my bag and I have been 1 week without it. It has my name listed on it and no one from the hotel even reached out to inform me my belongings were there."

"I booked this hotel so that we could have an indoor pool during a cold Spring Break. However, the first day the pool was closed for 8 hours for cleaning and then it seemed like the chemicals were very strong. The next morning my kids were going to try swimming again and it was closed again. It was a disappointment because that was the reason we had booked a hotel! "

"I love the look and smell of clean, and of course, actual cleanliness and this hotel delivered! The breakfast, especially the omelets, was delicious with a lot of variety. My only big complaint was my non-working ice machine, which having a lounge on your floor DEFINITELY helps, and the free snacks and beverages, all pluses in my book. A special shout out to Soren, who even after my stay, continued to provide exemplary customer service! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
