The Rittenhouse was fabulous!
Everyone on the staff went out of their way to be friendly and provide top notch service from the moment we pulled up the driveway.
We had a room with 2 Queen-size beds that seemed larger than pictured on the websites. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant Lacroix was great and again, the staff was so friendly.
The room was clean and decorated more modern/fresher than the photos showed. The photos made the rooms look so yellow but it was more neutral, like a light beige in person. We thought the wallpaper was pretty cool too.
The Indoor pool was fun for me and my kids and room service at dinner time arrived pretty quickly.
Concierge Chris was awesome and even drove us into Philly in the Hotel Jaguar when we wanted to go sightseeing!
We will definitely stay with them again because we were so comfortable staying at the hotel and we didn’t get to see/experience all that Philadelphia had to offer!

Pro's: Convenient walk to all sites we wanted to visit. Front desk was very friendly/welcoming. Pool was an added bonus, staying in a major city. The valet parking was convenient and free with our stay. We loved having the small balcony with a view of the city area. The size of the room was large.
Con's: We are pretty particular re: cleanliness and this wasn't the best. We ran out of toilet paper and it took an hour to get another role. Rooms could use updating.

Great!!! But…
"Everything about this hotel was fantastic. I don’t want to give less than 5* because the hotel and the staff were excellent. The only problem Inhad was parking. It wasn’t exactly clear how that worked, and I ended up paying almost as much for parking as I did for the room."

Beautiful Hotel, Forgotten Housekeeping
"I loved it at Hyatt Centric. Staff was very nice and I would like to stay there again in the future. I gave fours in my rating because I had to call the front desk about housekeeping, and then spoke to another staff member at around 3 in the afternoon and she called for housekeeping but no one came ..."
