"Really beautiful view and lovely location, even with the occasional train passing by (if anything, it added to the charm). Very kind and helpful hosts, who loaned their umbrellas to us and accommodated our last minute change of breakfast time when we were running late from a morning hike. They also packed our breakfast to go when we checked out early on our last day. Walking along the train tracks is by far the best way to get to town and back in under 10 minutes. "I normally don’t write a reviews but this was the worst accommodation so I decided to write. I’m traveling all around Asia and this was the most stressful experience I’ve ever had in my life. First of all, room is not clean at all, towels smells awful ( it’s like someone’s already use it before), many ants climbing up on bed, and the worst thing is so many species of insects. "This property has beautiful views all around, and you can even see the Ella train passing by from the room. Thanks to its location, the property is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and excellent hosts. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ella!"

"Exceptional Stay with Breathtaking Views and World-Class Hospitality Heaven Breeze Hotel is truly a gem in Ella. Set at a higher elevation, the hotel offers spectacular mountain views that make the stay feel like a retreat in the clouds, while still being very close to the beautiful and lively town of Ella. Its location is also ideal for exploring nearby attractions, including Little Adam’s Peak and Ravana Ella. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Sachini, who provided truly world-class guest service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful breakfast service. The staff asked us the night before what we would prefer for breakfast, and everything was prepared fresh and served right on time. A beautiful location, stunning views, wonderful staff, and exceptional service—Heaven Breeze Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Ella. We would happily stay here again!"

"Nice hotel but be aware there is an MASSIVE 300 metre hill that is very very steep to get to the entrance. Do not go here if you are old, have bad knees or are not very physically fit. On top of this, there are 8 floors and no lift, so many many stairs. This is the only issue we had, other than that a great place to say and dead central in ella."

"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."

"Staff were incredibly helpful warm and welcoming. The views were amazing from our room; from welcome area and pool area. Definitely recommend this place. The room was spacious and clean. Location was 1 km from ella so approx 500 SR to get to town (uphill!) but an easy walk ( downhill ) to get back !!"
