"Starting at the greeting...it was really, really bad. The gentleman working wasn't at the desk & I had to wait a few minutes, which wasn't that bad. But oh my, when he came out front, there was no greeting what so ever. He seemed like he had remembered a script & was in a hurry to get through it. Had a hard time understanding what he was saying & he even spoke English. I have to say though, after that experience, it was great. The other staff was exceptionally nice & helpful. Made you feel like they were happy to see you there. The room was very quiet & clean. The facility was very well kept. You could see the staff working cleaning/maintaining. The only thing that I seen that could have improved would be handicap accessible ramps. The only one that I seen was in the front/main entrance. I would definitely stay there again if I would travel back to Marietta."

"The house was as described and very comfortable. It was quite clean, there were enough towels, and the bed linens were more than adequate with enough pillows. We had no trouble but be advised that the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep but as long as you turn on the light and take your time, you should be fine. We wish we would have had more time to explore the property but it was all very nice and secluded. We highly recommend this property."

You could tell that so much thought and love went into making it feel like a home rather than just a rental.Our host was exceptionally kind and generous, and every little detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. She knew we were traveling during a difficult and emotional time, and the warmth and thoughtfulness we experienced meant more than I can really put into words.This was one of those stays where you leave feeling grateful that you crossed paths with someone so kind. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place with a truly wonderful host."

"THE POOL WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST POOLS IN A HOTEL THAT WE'VE STAYED. THEY ARE WORKING ON THE HOT TUB. WE STAY HERE DURING THE STERNWHEELER FESTIVAL. IT IS ONE OF THE ONLY FEW HOTELS THAT WILL RENT A ROOM FOR ONLY ONE NIGHT ON THAT WEEKEND."
