8.8/10 Excellent! (558 reviews)
Great location near the metro and bus stations and out of the business of downtown. Only twenty minutes to Altstadt. The room was large and modern. Maid was nice. Beds were very comfortable and shower was good. There is a grocery store a block away. Negative: Front desk staff never smiled and were often put out when we asked for something. One girl even rolled her eyes when we asked for ice, (despite the staff telling us we just needed to request it and it wouldn’t be a problem). They never acknowledged us unless we were standing directly in front of them and staring at them. They put a lot it pressure on us to include breakfast in our stay even though we said no several time. But I would still stay here again because of the cleanliness, convenience and beds.

The lighting was poor so that it was difficult to read a book, on one side there was no light at all. No kettle ..."

8.2/10 Very good! (52 reviews)
"The room was clean. Very good location. Could not sleep at all as the room was too hot. Asked if it could be cooler. Nothing happened. Had to sleep on top of bedding. Window barely cracks. No ventilation. Felt like I was suffocating. Was only 15 c outside so I can ’t imagine summer. Would be fine ..."
