Room was fine. Check in was quick. Came back to the room after dinner with leftovers to put in the fridge and there was old food containers in the fridge. What else did they skip over when they cleaned? Also, Coffee maker in the breakfast area wasn’t working during breakfast hours.

The property and rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. I forgot my body lotion, called the front desk to see if they had some. The clerk explained that Best Western discontinued lotion as part of their amenities but she found some in their storage closet. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable!
