"Rooms were clean, bed were hard"

"I didn't expect much for the low room rate, but I can't stay there again. The room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that I woke up feeling sick from breathing it all night. One pillow felt very lumpy so I peeked under the pillow case and saw it was completely stained yellow. "

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was extremely dirty, all the hallways had trash in them. We had to change rooms twice before we were given a clean room. The first room had a malfunctioning fridge with ice coming out of the freezer. The second room smelled horrible, a mixture of mold and hairspray. The pool was closed because it was not given health inspection clearance. Our pull-out couch bed mattress had a blood stain on it. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms of the hotel, because apparently housekeeping was not given soap to put in the rooms. We had to go out and buy our own hand soap and bath soap. I will never stay here again."

"Ideal Spot for a CWU WeekendWe stayed here while visiting our CWU student for a track meet, and this house was absolutely perfect for the trip. With four generously sized bedrooms and a large family room, the whole group had room to relax and recharge. The home was immaculate top to bottom, which honestly exceeded our expectations. It’s clear the owners take excellent care of the property. The quiet neighborhood was a welcome retreat after busy days on campus — we slept well every night.Ellensburg is such a great college town, and having a comfortable, spacious home to come back to made the whole visit so much more enjoyable than a hotel ever could. If you’re heading to CWU for a sporting event, family weekend, or just to see your student, do yourself a favor and book this place. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Check in was basic, lady at check in was not friendly. Seemed like she hated her job and life. Thought maybe it just night shift but she was same every time I saw her. Had to go through front door every time neither of the key entry doors worked and one door was propped open with a rock most of the time. Didn't matter what time of day or where the sun was. Rooms doors had damages to outside like people have been kicking them to break open. I had to make sure I pulled hard on my door when I left my room to make sure it latched. Bed for me was uncomfortable. Coffee in lobby was good and always hot, hotel didn't stink like another hotel in town I stayed at."

"Place was great. Safe, clean & very cute. The beds were super comfy, shower so nice & a nice breakfast. "

"The room was ok but not worth $325 per night which is what we paid. There were no extra blankets in the room, the coffee maker didn’t work the first time we tried and the shower was old and outdated. "
