"First, hats off to the front desk clerk, she was very helpful. She got us a new room as the maid did not make one of the beds properly. She also helped us with the TV as the settings were messed up and would not operate correctly. Even the room we got looked like the maid either rushed or just doesn't know how to make beds up properly. In addition, the pillows cases were tied tightly around the pillows which made the pillows very uncomfortable. The room and location and hotel are really not that bad, but it is amazing how a poorly qualified maid can really lower the overall experience."

"I never leave reviews but this was so shockingly good I have to. I was in town for Brandi at the gorge, just needed a quick place to sleep, and figured a 2-star hotel would do the trick. This place is fantastic: large room, clean and updated. The manager (I think she said manager) happened to be there when I checked in and she was so nice and helpful. Don’t be put off by the 2 stars and non-chain name, it’s perfect. I will 100% stay there again. (For perspective, I’m mid 50s and travel frequently for both work and personal.)"

"Our stay was rather uneventful and we had a restful night after attending a local concert. We checked in early, room not ready, no problem. We weren’t returning until after midnight and were told by the front desk staff that someone would be at the desk 24/7. Satisfied, I turned to their coffee pot and tried to draw a cup of coffee. I received a 1/2 cup of cold coffee. No problem. When we returned later that evening, a sign on the counter said “Be right back.” After a five-minute wait we got our room keys. No problem. Next morning I made coffee (good) but they didn’t have half and half, only the fake stuff. No problem. We checked out and I went back to the coffee to draw a couple of cups. I was able to get one cup before it was empty. This was a problem. Ellensburg made up for it because we headed out to find breakfast and found their farmer’s market instead. It was a wonderful surprise and went a long way with getting me over my coffee disappointments."

"Loved that the room had a microwave and refrigerator, although the refrigerator froze everything lol.. minor issue that can be fixed somehow… loved that they offered breakfast each morning, the waffles and bagels were so yummy. Felt like we had a lot of privacy in our room which felt really good"

"My room smelled like piss and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Blood stains on my blankets and sheets. No coffee maker in the room. Just felt like they had cleaned at all. It was disgusting didn’t want to stay but I had no choice because I couldn’t ask for a refund. I was so pissed because I have a toddler."
