"The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, the food was good, and it had a great gym. About a 10 minute drive from the airport and traffic getting there from the city wasn't bad either. Getting from self-serve parking lot to the hotel isn't handicap friendly - there are a lot of stairs. Which also makes it a pain to bring your luggage into the building if they are on rollers. Otherwise, a great spot. "

"The staff at the Sonesta ATL South is what makes this stay excellant. The manager works very hard to accommodate the guests when something goes wrong. She is very professional and kind which positively influences every aspect of their customer service. The building itself needs care, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is working properly. Would definitely stay there again❤️"

"The gentleman who checked us in around 5:30 pm was EXTREMELY nice & have EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! But the women who worked in the AM were NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, THEY BARELY SAID HI & have a sour expression on their faces!!! But overall our stay was wonderful & loved loved our room & the view!!!"
