"The service in this hotel is exceptional! It's a rare gem! I stayed here for several days to move my daughter into college. EVERYONE on EVERY shift was lovely and accommodating! The doormen, front reception, the housekeepers, the customer service folks at the cafe and the speakeasy bar. Quite literally, everyone! Bartender D was a highlight!! The room was comfortable and felt modern-enough while giving old, historic charm vibes. One of the elevators went down during our stay, and we received a text message so that we could plan accordingly. I will most certainly be back. Hotel Revival helped make an emotional time pleasant and much more palatable. "

"The staff really went above and beyond. From the valet drivers to the front desk staff, everyone went out of their way to make our stay convenient and pleasant. We were able to leave our car with valet and our luggage with bellboy while we enjoyed the surrounding area after check out. Staff helped give us walking directions and restaurant suggestions that were spot on. Really great location with the friendliest staff!"

"After Hotel Silver Spring folded, which was my go-to for a single night stay after getting the train up from Richmond for a show at the Fillmore, I was worried. Then I found the DoubleTree which is far superior in every way, just as close to the venue and wasnt more than 20$ pricier. 5/5"
