Don’t ever rent this property the host is very unresponsive I had a very bad experience so bad I have to send family over because he will not give me my money back so know the only thing left is to do damage

I never got to stay at property. The host texted me 4 days prior to my stay to offer me another property. There was already 1 bad review but I didn’t think there would be any issues. I don’t think a short should be allowed to offer other properties outside of the Vrbo system. It took many hours on the phone but I finally was refunded my money. This was a horrible experience.
