8.6/10 Excellent! (985 reviews)
The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating.

The hotel is good and conveniently located near the train station. The room, common areas, and beds were very clean.
However, the room had poor ventilation and there was no air conditioning. The room felt like an oven all the time, and I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be during extremely hot days. The television did not work, and there was also no hot water in the shower

"Chelsea the receptionist was wonderful…such a welcome smile for weary travelers! The Chateau was a sweet find. This stay made us feel very special. The room was large, beds and pillows comfy. We overlooked the water and loved hearing the ducks. A nice easy walking trail too. Loved this stop over ..."
