"The room was clean but the bathroom faucet was to be desired. The hot tub seemed like it could have been a little cleaner. The rest of the facility was clean and well kept. We happen to be staying on a hockey tournament weekend and were woken at 4 am by the other guests carrying on at the front desk. But everything else was good."

"Property is fairly dated. Rug in the room was old… but looked older. Mattress looked relatively new and was quite comfortable, and we’re both “fussy”. Breakfast (included) was good, as was the the coffee. There was a bit of a surprise when we checked in as we didn’t see anywhere on Expedia or Quality’s site about the $25 pet “cleaning” charge."

"The property was fairly clean, and I appreciate the flooring not being carpet. However, both my husband and I had an issue with the bed. I woke up with pain in my ribs and hips due to the firmness of the bed, and my husband had an issue with his pillow. Since we were there to sleep, it would have been nice if we could have slept rather than tossed and turned all night."
