Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen Familienurlaub in einem sehr schönen alten Bauernhaus. Alles vor Ort war wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la maison , la propretĂ© , l organisation avant arrivĂ©e . Par contre pas de rĂ©seau tel Ă  l intĂ©rieur il faut sortir pour appeler ; pas de connexion wifi : ça nous a gĂȘnĂ© . Les supplĂ©ments facturĂ©s : bois , en hiver , c est dommage . A l IntermarchĂ© le bois coĂ»te bien moins cher . Donc mitigĂ©s .

TrÚs beau mas rénové par Steffie. A la fois au calme au sein des terres maraßchÚres et fruitiÚres d'Elne mais également à proximité de toutes les commodités et escapades catalanes incontournables. Les enfants ont profité de la mer tous les jours et les belles randonnées sur la cÎte Vermeille sont une ode à la nature. Nous reviendrons assurément !

Sehr großes Haus mit riesigem Garten. Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Sehr nette Vermieterin (Steffi) hatte immer gute Tips. Wenige Autominuten bis zu den SandstrĂ€nden von Argeles sur mer.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Die Besitzerinnen sind sehr freundlich und kĂŒmmern sich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben die Terrassen und die Plancha im Garten gerne benĂŒtzt. Die Umgebung ist geprĂ€gt von Obstanbau, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist schnell am Strand, der hier zum GlĂŒck nicht ĂŒberlaufen ist.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour au Mas Calmettes, petit havre de paix Ă  quelques minutes du tumultes des plages :) La location est parfaitement fidĂšle Ă  l'annonce, propretĂ© impeccable, cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, le sĂ©jour au frais, et un jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nuits douces dans les chambres de l'Ă©tage, fenĂȘtres ouvertes avec un petit filet d'air frais. L'accueil de Stefi fut plus que cordial, bref ce fut un sĂ©jour sans fausse note. Les + : - le calme sans pour autant ĂȘtre totalement isolĂ©s - la propretĂ© et l'Ă©quipement global (nous avons bien profitĂ© de la plancha ! ;-D) - le jardin, entretenu, vert, trĂšs agrĂ©able, - l'accueil et la disponibilitĂ© des propriĂ©taires

Super sĂ©jour dans un trĂšs grand mas. Nous avons sejourne en famille avec 2 ados pendant 2 semaines dans d’excellentes conditions : cadre bucolique, grande plancha, barbecue et cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e comme Ă  la maison. Excellent accueil d’Eva et Stefie. Le wifi est peu faible. Pensez Ă  pre rĂ©server vos vĂ©los si besoin. En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous recommandons vivement!

Es gibt Objekte bei denen man mit einer perfekten „AusrĂŒstung“ ankommen muss und es gibt solche Objekte wie das von Eva M. und Steffi G.: man findet wirklich alles vor und kann sich ins gemachte Nest setzen ( ohne Streß). Vier Frauen vom 7.-14.9.: Es war sehr sauber. Ruhig gelegen. Erholung pur. Tolles großes Haus mit jeglichem Komfort. Traumhafter Garten. Idyllische Lage. Ein paar Autominuten vom Meer entfernt. Tolle Gastgeberinnen. Ein tolles Rundumangebot, das man in Mas Calmettes bekommt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Daumen hoch 👍 sehr gerne wieder!

Stijlvol huis met alle voorzieningen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Zeer mooie kust en strand vlakbij. Ook de winkels zijn even gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de fiets (15 min, geen verkeer, geen hellingen). Wij komen terug !

Freundlicheer Empfang durch die Vermieterinnen. Diese wohnen nebenan uns sind sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr gerĂ€umiges Ferienhaus! Gut und praktisch eingerichtete KĂŒche, im Garten eine tolle "plancha" zum Grillen/Braten. Je nach Sonnenstand vor und hinter dem Haus angenehme Sitzmöglickeiten, umgeben von liebevoll gepflegter subtropischer Bepflanzung. Strand mit dem Fahrrad schnell und problemlos zu erreichen. Wir waren mit Hund dort, der allerdings vor dem Haus streng beaufsichtigt bzw. wegen vorhandener Katzen angeleint werden muss. Sehr gute Versorgungsmöglickeiten in ça. 5 km Entfernung, gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen, die letzten 400 m allerdings wg. starkem Strassenverkehr fĂŒr Radler nicht ganz ungefĂ€hrlich.

Wir - eine grosse Gruppe von 14 Freunden - haben fĂŒr uns die Scheune Rosmarin, die Scheune Lavendel und das Haus Mas Calmettes gemietet: wir waren super untergebracht, haben viel gemeinsam unternommen und haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Jedes Feriendomizl fĂŒr sich ist sauber, unglaublich gerĂ€umig, funktionell und liebevoll eingerichtet - und bietet wunderbare Ausblicke: auf die PyrenĂ€een und auf den eigenen Garten. Das alles ganz ruhig am Land, 3km vom Meer entfernt: Alles war perfekt, herzlichen Dank!

Sympathique location au rapport qualitĂ©-prix exceptionnel. Grand logement, trĂšs bien situĂ©, au calme, avec un grand jardin trĂšs bien entretenu. PossibilitĂ© de manger dehors mĂȘme en cas de tramontane cotĂ© cours, et par beau temps Ă  l’ombre cotĂ© jardin. Un havre de paix , tout prĂšs de la ville et de la plage. Eva et StĂ©phi, nous ont accueilli avec simplicitĂ©, chaleur humaine et discrĂ©tion. Exactement ce que nous recherchions. Si vous voulez dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion, vous trouverez, beaucoup de lectures sur le Roussillon dans la bibliothĂšque du salon. Nous reviendrons !
