"Nice big clean rooms. Excellent front desk staff - very helpful friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with loads of options (crepe station mashed potatoes home potatoes sausage bacon eggs parfaits fruit sandwiches beans smoothies donuts croissants...). We only received two passes so we had to pay for our third party (child) but it was under $20. Arrival andthe parking situation was a bit chaotic and confusing but seamless after a few initial hiccups. The area surrounding the hotel is sketchy (most of downtown kw is) so keep that in mind if you wanted to walk around. We stayed for a concert and the Center in the Square was less than a 5-minute drive away, super cheap Uber. Definitely recommend!! "

"One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Staff was very welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Heating worked well, and despite being close to the highway, I didn't hear a thing. Definitely would stay again if I am very down that way. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kitchener. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great start to our day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. Of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been convenient to have a functioning charger on-site. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it for its cleanliness, hospitality, and value."

"Room very clean; bathroom spotless; had an issue with room heater - was repaired immediately. All staff very friendly, polite & very professional. Very modern & well appointed rooms and hotel overall. Excellent hotel location, relative to all attractions & amenities in the area, such as farmers market, hockey arenas, restaurants & other shopping. Close to major highways - easy in & easy out Highly recommend staying here! !"
