"This was our first family trip to Spain and our family loved the resort. The resort provided all the amenities our family needed, we felt taking care well. It’s so close (walking distance like a five minute walk) to their local three floor shopping mall with a lot more restaurants options. We felt safe and welcoming at the resort. I thank the front desk staff for all their advice (of where to visit locally) and calling us up a taxi and all their assistance. "Room and public areas were clean. The queen bed is comfortable, wifi in the room worked fine. The rooftop pool and snack bar was comfortable but cozy with a larger sunning area and a great view of the city and sea. Free yoga class was great at sunrise. Breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts we have ever had with a wide choice of items. "
"Very nice hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful! The hotel was a bit further out from town but trams were easy to get to. The facilities were amazing however the only downfalls were that the spa wasn’t yet open and they didn’t have enough sunbeds so we couldnt get one in the afternoon. We had dinner at the Lora restaurant which was phenomenal!"
