The hotel has an excellent location, with the Harras UBahn station lift directly across the road from the property. Rooms were clean, and had nearly all the amenities you would need. A fridge in each room would be nice. There was a very friendly member of staff working at the bar one of the evenings we stayed in for a drink. However there was a member of staff at reception who was rude. When we were checking out he tried to claim we had two breakfasts and put it on the room. He even tried to claim my signature, and whoever signed for the breakfasts signature were the same when they were clearly different. It was only when I insisted he checked the CCTV to see we had not gone into the restaraunt at all that he then spoke to the waitress in the restaraunt who then confirmed it was not us who had the breakfasts. A sour ending to an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel can’t be beat - it is quite literally right in front of the main strain station, where the metro and busses are all just steps away. The issue is the size of the rooms and the general cleanliness - the room sizes are meant for travellers who are simply there to sleep and nothing else. The washrooms could use some deep cleaning/bleach, especially in the shower.
Overall serviceable for overnight travel.

"Zuerst bekamen wir ein Standard Zimmer nach langem Marsch in einem Annex Gebäude in der 2.Etage exakt gegenüber lauten Bauarbeiten am neuen Lift, der deshalb natürlich nicht funktionierte. "We got exactly what we paid for, which was a budget hotel experience. Hotels in Bamberg always seem to be so expensive on weekends. Room was clean and adequate. Was it comfortable?
