"The hotel and concept are AMAZING. Staff was pretty helpful and accommodating and super friendly. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working at all and I was never told that even though I called before booking too verify all amenities. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. We requested an early check in and it was approved but we actually didn’t get to check in until almost 2 hours after regular check in which isn’t until 4pm and early was 2 or 3. We didn’t get into the room until after 5. There was still used soap in our shower and hair all over. The trash wasn’t emptied and the bed sheets had stains on them. Not sure if they were changed or not and we didn’t notice because we slept on top of them the first night. The amenities in the room all worked well and they have hammocks that are hanging from the ceiling which are in studs so yes you can lay in them and that was A HIT! We LOVED that! That have this thing they do called fafo where they provide gear rental for just a one time fee of $25, another main reason we chose this hotel as we wanted to mountain bike and snow board, I also called to verify this was legit and accurate. They confirmed and never said anything about the gear being limited. Once we were ready to go use it the next day they had literally NOTHING available. Which was EXTREMELY frustrating considering i specifically asked about this and the hot tub before confirming my booking. The did not have any snow board or ski gear nor any bikes "

"This house is even more lovely than the pictures. And no pictures could do justice to the VIEWS off the back porch, oh my gosh! Almost mesmerizing. Love that we could see the views from the master, the living room, and the kitchen sink (best way to do dishes!). Paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, dishwashing liquid, and laundry soap were all provided, and we were very grateful. The furniture and appliances were high end and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped! Lots of streaming options and games available. We could tell we were staying in someone’s home that they had taken a lot of care and pride in, so thank you very much to the host! Communication with Maddie was great; she was on top of everything and very responsive (just general communication; we had zero issues while there!). Check out was straightforward and simple, just start the dishwasher. Location was perfect for us … between the town and the ski mountain; we really appreciated not having to drive thru town every morning, especially with the construction in Pagosa Springs. Our family was so comfortable here and enjoyed the home so much. Really cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! Thank you; we hope to be back! "
