Was nice room comfortable bed the staff was great polite helped with the pool door the key wouldn't work she reprogrammed the key then walked to the pool to make sure we could get in the only bad part in my opinion is theres 2 buildings we was in second building and the pool and breakfast was in the other but its really not that bad

The room was perfect! Easily fit our family of five. Lots of room to stretch at night, close to everything in Ely, and the staff was superb. Best continental breakfast I’ve had in years. The biscuits and gravy were enjoyed by my boys. The pool was clean and no one used it when we went down 3 times which was great! Definitely staying here again next trip!

The cost was too high for the quality delivered. The property is old and a little run down. The drapes were torn, the towels thin and we had a handicapped room -- probably all that was left since we booked last minute during our road trip. The breakfast was not good -- a rubbery, seemingly microwaved cheese omelet, biscuits and lumpy gravy. Thankfully there were muffins and bagels.

The room was nicer than I thought it would be. But the breakfast was horrible. Yes they had muffins and waffles etc, but I always need a hot savory breakfast. The eggs and sausage were terrible.Please do not use fake eggs and sausage. They are disgusting. And the supposed “juice” was like flavored punch. Bleh.

A wonderful place to stay, and just a 45min drive to Great Basin NP. The amenities as well as the staff and general cleanliness of the place made it a perfect place to stay with my family.
