The room was clean. However, they did not provide any toiletries, no robes, no sandals nothing. It’s was just an empty bathroom. The shower gel was empty, no hairdryer. Four Points By Sheraton Nairobi Airport
Fromt desk staff excellent, breakfast, mediocre in food and staff. All very nice, but not well trained. Paid 160 for a 7pm checkout marred by non-stop jackhammer noise in my room. Hard to relax.
