"Location and amenities at the property are excellent. We had a suite and it was very roomy. Bed was a little soft but that is a personal preference and after the first night we didn't notice. Bathroom is older than some newer hotels. Overall a great stay; loved the staff and the location."

"This hotel is a beautiful, classy gem sitting in an area that’s currently being renovated, with loud construction on all sides, taxis are blocked by excavators and dump trucks, the buildings across and next door are all either being torn down or will be soon. I appreciate the revitalization of this little block of itaewon, it’s just growing pains for now. The front desk staff were so helpful with excellent English. The party crowds nearby can be loud so if that bothers you, don’t stay in a party town. If you love the energy of gay bars and brunch cafes, this is a good starting point. "

"12 years since our last visit, and it’ll be a place we choose again. Comfortable beds and an upgraded bathroom, plus conveniences such as ironing and hairdryer. Right next to Itaewon Station and lots happening every night of the week. Excellent food options, pubs and clubs, and the hotel has a small smoking section outside if you are so inclined. 4th visit to this hotel, and looking forward to the next."

"Location is great. There's underground walkway that leads to/from Seoul Station from/to the hotel which is very convenient. Decent amount of places to eat nearby including Starbucks less than a minute away. Service is great. Gym isn't the best; minimal equipments. Overall, great hotel right by Seoul Station and. "
