The room was on the small side, but clean and adequately appointed, with plenty of electrical outlets, even one for 120V. Check in and check out was efficient. The location of the hotel was wonderful, just a block away from the busy Myeongdong market area with hundreds of restaurants, street vendors and shops. I ate at a different place for every meal, and enjoyed them all. Also, very conveniently located for subway and bus access, and it seemed like all the tour operators picked people up right outside the door.

Great location if Myeondong is your base camp to explore. The room is tiny, but it did the trick. I guess my only gripe is the teeny tiny old school TV. Laundry facilities were good and they had coffee downstairs available all day long which was nice.

The hotel and rooms are older, and the rooms are quite small. However, the location is amazing and very central to the action and tour pick ups in Myeondong. Loved having a big 7-11 attached to the lobby. Solid room that do the basics well, but the mattresses need more support.

Coin laundry in the basement. The room is genuinely great for resting after a day of sightseeing and the housekeeping staff keep the rooms immaculate. Filtered water stations and daily replenishment of free bottled is very much appreciated. The front desk staff is great, speaks English.

The location was excellent, right above the station and close to the night market. Day staff was friendly, night shift not too much. Elevator was a bit difficult, as sometimes it wouldn’t stop at our floor although we pressed the button. There was a convenience store attached to the lobby. Housekeeping was great and cleaned and made our bed daily. Room is small, but that’s expected in Korea. Airport bus stop was very close by. All in all, probably the best location in Myeongdong.

I stayed at couple other hotels every time I visited Seoul; although, Hotel Skypark Myeongdong Iii is the hotel I am going to stay going forward. The location is perfect, close to the Myeongdong night market, bus stations, subways, shopping, and restaurants. Their staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel stored my luggages with no additional charges while we went to Busan and came back. Hotel has rooms with 4 beds, a separate bathtub and a standing shower which is really good. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Best location which is close to the subway stations, bus, shopping, restaurants. The hotel is on the main street so it is easy to get a taxi from and to the airport. Staff members are very friendly. Easy checkin process. The hotel keeps our luggages when we go to Busan with no charge. I have to pay the luggages storage fees the last time i stayed at Metro Hotel that is odd. I will stay at Skypark Myeongdong hotel again the next time i am back to Seoul.

Very clean hotel. Connects to a real nice 7-11 and is near great restaurants and shopping. The rooms are simple but clean. We even had a shower and separate tub in our room. Overall loved the hotel and staff were very helpful.
