"The room was a mess and had candy in the bed room . Bathroom was dirty "

"I had a disappointing experience at Best Western. The staff overall were quite inattentive and not very helpful during our stay, which made things frustrating. The only positive interaction we had was with the night staff member, who was kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, we also left a massage gun in our room, and when we called to inquire about it, we were told it wasn’t found. That was really disappointing and added to the overall negative experience. I expected better service and care, especially when it comes to guest belongings. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.—"

"If your wanting a pet free environment, this is not the place. Even if i was traveling with one, i dont think it was sanitized well after each persons stay. "

"The room and staff were good. The eggs at breakfast tasted like they were from a box so not my cup of tea. I was told I would receive an email receipt which I haven't gotten yet. Also, I didn't know I would have to pay for parking, so I may look elsewhere next time."
