"This hotel could be really good. Could be, but if your a light sleeper(we aren’t light sleepers but it didn’t matter).. it’s not a good thing train goes by every two hours loud horn and super thin windows means you wake up a lot. Loud traffic also. In our room first day we noticed the in room lockbox was low battery unusable, we mentioned it first night. Nothing done. The second day we mentioned it to the general manager as well as letting him know the in room body wash was empty. He told us “I will have some one there for 9am to correct those” we went out for the day. Neither issue was taken care of. I gently mentioned it again to the night staff as well had one more day… couldn’t seem to care less. Nice room, but not taken care of issues and poor sound proofing make this not a great option."

"The hotel and amenities were great as usual, the breakfast was kind of meh this trip."

"I've stayed and used this Coast for the past 15 years and overall it's been very good. This time, however, there was no hot water -not in the bathroom sink or in the shower. If you're into "Cold Plunges" then this would have raised the rating, however, I had just come from an extended week of outdoor photography and was really looking forward to a hot, relaxing shower......did not happen"

"Parking is horrible. Bathroom not properly cleaned. Not knowing that a security person would go to the room to reset key card was odd because it seemed like someone was trying to get in the room. Front desk should have mentioned that before we got to our room. "

"Main issue was that the attached restaurant has loud parties at night which shakes the whole building so getting sleep is a problem at this hotel. They allow this until the 11pm."
