Pebble Beach A-204 is a Second Floor Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo located in the the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants.

Living area with covered oceanfront deck. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave, icemaker & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 with Queen, oceanfront covered deck & private bath. Bedroom #2 has Queen & small balcony. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Shared Bath for Bedroom #2 and #3.

Amenities Include: High-Speed Wireless Internet, 2 Color Cable TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 Stereo/CD Player; Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Covered Deck, Central air and heat. Washer/dryer. Ceiling fans.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Great vaca

Property is well maintained. Called with minor issue and maintenance responded immediately. TV trouble couldn't be addressed but other issues taken care of. Great week with grandchildren.
