~3700 sq ft of enjoyment space across 3 floors with an elevator for ease. Walk out your sliding glass door onto the decks and enjoy the sunrise with a morning cup of coffee. Ground/First Floor Features: Theater/Movie/TV Room, Game Room with pool table, wet bar and full refrigerator, Laundry Room, Access to the outdoor pool/hot tub area, Full hallway bathroom. Bedroom #1 is also located here with direct access to the pool/hot tub area.

Second Floor Features: Bedroom, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Bedroom 2 and 3 (the bunk rooms) share a bathroom. Bedroom 4 and 5 are both master bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom features a TV.

Third Floor Features: Main living area, dining room and kitchen with plenty of room for everyone. Amazing views of the ocean and sound! This floors also features Bedroom #6 master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Pool heating is available for $100 per day April - June 14 and October - November
