Center of Emerald Isle, private beach parking lot! The beach access is just over a block from Bogue Inlet Pier where there are public restrooms, shopping, a restaurant and great fishing! Very short walk or drive to the private beachfront parking in gated lot with showers onsite at the access. The access fob used for the gated lot is provided with the home. Very short walk to “downtown Emerald Isle” where there are shops, restaurants and nightlife. 3 minute walk to Cedar Street pier on the sound. Linens provided, including bath & beach towels, washcloths and kitchen towels. Charcoal grill onsite. Large driveway for boats and multiple vehicles. Outdoor shower at the house. Quiet, dead end street, open floor plan, king in master and queens in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Pullout sofa in living room. 500 mbps Internet - Spectrum Ultra package! Dish and hand soaps are provided. First couple of trash bags are provided.

Great Location

We had a great stay! The location is quiet and walkable yet close to the beach and other activities. Amy and Scott were great hosts. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Family reunion for Thanksgiving

We traveled from VA to Emerald Isle to get together with our Swansboro family for a visit and great Thanksgiving meal. The cottage was an ideal dog friendly home in a great dog walking neighborhood. Owner was very respond prior to our stay.

Perfect Anniversary Trip

The property was exactly what our family needed to be comfortable at the beach. The outdoor shower was fantastic for getting the sand off of everything. Inside was just enough space for everyone to be comfortable. We look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful house!

Perfect vacation spot! House is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Walking distance (15 min) or 5 min drive to a private beach access, short drive to anywhere on the EI. Very kind and accommodating host.

Wonderful home in great location!

My family stayed here for New Years Eve and the house was absolutely perfect. The open layout with kitchen, dining area and living room made for a very cozy and comfortable hang out area, and the three bedrooms was perfect for our family and mother in law. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed Location was perfect with a quick walk to the sound, minutes from shops and restaurants, and a very short drive to everything the island has to offer. Communication was great and made for an easy check in and check out. Definitely recommend!

Short trip to Emerald Isle

We had 6 adults and 2 kids and this house worked great for us! The private beach parking lot was nice and less than a mile away, could easily walk if you weren’t bringing a lot with you to the beach. The outdoor shower at the house was great and had the best water pressure of all 3 showers. Nice place!

We had 6 adults and 2 children who stayed this weekend. The house was very up to date and clean. None of us had a single complaint. Nice location and quick access to the beach. I contacted the owner with a question on the first day and she was quick to answer my call and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Weekday Getaway

The house was great and we enjoyed it. The location, in a quiet neighborhood, on a non-through street provided a quiet and peaceful stay. The beach access via a private gated parking lot that was included with the house, worked fine for us and was only a few minutes from the house. We also enjoyed the views of the sound from the little park that was a short stroll from the house.

Nice and Cozy

This vacation rental was in a pleasant location with very nice neighbors. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the evening walks to the private waterfront pier. The only thing I would say that was confusing in the rental post is the location to the private beach. The beach was a close drive away. I would recommend this rental to others interested in Emerald Isle.

Convenient and relaxing

As our first time staying somewhere through VRBO, this was an enjoyable experience.We enjoyed the convenient location, walking around the pleasant community, and watching the sun set at the piblic access pier. The house was clean, inviting, relaxing, and we felt right at home. The host provided clear and helpful instructions, brochures about local spots of interest, and was easy to communicate with. The private parking access next to the beach was very convenient too. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Nice, clean beach stay

Between sound and sea was a great house to rent while enjoying Emerald Isle. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, etc if you choose to cook in the evenings. Each room has a mullticharger device that was so live to have for all the kids electronics etc. towels and line a being provided is fantastic, especially when already packing everything else for a family of 5! The outdoor shower having warm water was also a great luxury when cleaning after a day of fun and swimming suits full of sand. Having beach side parking is also a great addition to the house. Overall, 10/10.

Amazing and Clean Location ✨

Amazing location, amazing host, and extremely clean. Our host Amy, was fantastic with communication and when we had a slight issue come up she took care of it immediately. Also, we rented a golf cart from right up the road( was more affordable than I thought) and it was so fun riding through the neighborhood and there is a bridge at the end of the street the house is on that takes you to the private beach access once you cross the highway. We enjoyed riding the golf cart through the ocean front neighborhood too. Our 10 month old had such a good time riding around(you can strap car seat in). Can’t say enough good things- just book it! So glad we did!
