Spacious 3 BR, Pet Friendly Ocean side home in Emerald Isle, NC!

Beautiful, pet Friendly, single family beach house snuggled in a wooded lot with handicap beach access (Randy's Way) right down the street. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers lots of room for your family. A well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large table in the dining area and a screened in porch that offers an area to enjoy your morning coffee or just relax. There is a picnic table and chairs on the spacious deck to enjoy as well. The bottom floor also offers a queen bedroom with bath. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms; one with a futon and "work station" in it also and a hall bath. All bedrooms and the living room have TV's with cable. The ground level offers a full size washer/dryer. Home also provides EV charging via plug on ground floor, outside shower and a gas grill. Saturday to Saturday rental. LINENS PROVIDED PRIME SEASON (June 8-August 3 weeks) NO SMOKING! Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) only with $100 nonrefundable pet fee ( 2 maximum).
