Village West #20 is a beautiful Oceanside 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with exquisite ocean views from the third floor master bedroom!

Floor #1: Recreation Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa (Linens are NOT Provided for Sleeper Sofa) and attached Full Bathroom with shower.

Floor #2: Living Area, Full Kitchen, and a Half Bath/Powder Room

Floor#3: Bedroom #1 - Master King, Attached Bathroom with Shower and Double Vanity, Ocean Views. Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed, Attached Bathroom with Shower/Tub. Additional Flex Room - with 2 Twin/Twin Bunk Sets.

Amenities: Private Elevator; 5 Smart TVs; Central HVAC, Ceiling fans: Interior Washer/Dryer: Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Toaster Oven; Covered Deck with Deck Furniture.

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.
