"David is an excellent host! He made check in/check out very easy and responded quickly to my questions. His condo is clean and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.We enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean. The balcony is nice and spacious.The air conditioning worked well and kept us very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and TV were easy to use also.I would recommend thiscondo to anyone."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy 1-bedroom condo in Emerald Isle! The location is fantastic with great, easy access to the ocean and lovely ocean views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really enjoyed the nice seating on the deck. Communication with the host was fast and efficient throughout our trip. The only minor issue we ran into was that the condo did not have a hair dryer. This was entirely my own fault for not thoroughly checking the amenities list beforehand, but it might be a helpful addition for future guests! As another small suggestion, the Keurig was super handy, but you may want to bring your own travel mugs to take coffee down to the beach for morning strolls (no glass on beach). We ended up buying some disposable cups for our second day to make it work."

"Wonderful home for a 4 generation family vacation. Location to the beach was superb. Making easy to go back and forth if necessary. The host was very responsive from the time we booked right up to check out. The property overall was great just a few things that need attention ( landscaping and family room sectional). Will definitely come back to Emerald Isle and would consider staying at Beach Walker again"
