Comfortable. Friendly and responsive staff.
We had a few issues when we arrived there was no room valet or rolling luggage rack to help with bags. Had to ask for some items to be replaced the first day. Overall they took care of everything. The sliding door to bathroom was very inconvenient because it wouldn’t stay closed to access the closet

The staff was excellent, but there was no room service, and an hour wait to get food at the restaurant. Also, no daily room cleaning service, and no full length mirror in the room.
