"We appreciated that this rental was true to its listing in terms of bedrooms/beds and baths, as we had a group of 10 men. The accommodations were very nice and the check-in/check-out process was very simple. Location was in a very nice neighborhood with easy access. Only drawback - signing a contract due to HOA (should be covered by vrbo agreement and insurance) and the fact that it took 3 weeks to see if I would get my deposit back - far too long for them to consider a claim for damage (again, we had the insurance). Overall, we gave this 5-stars for the accommodations, but they need to ditch the paperwork and extended deposit recovery. "

"The house was a perfect way to show East coast relatives California. The space easily accommodated 7 adults (3 couples 1 and a 1-year old. The kitchen was spectacular - made it easy to prepare meals. Hosts graciously allowed us to use paddle boards and kayaks. We had a terrific time."

"It’s hard to find a comfy house that allows dogs, so we are glad we found this one! The house is HUGE. 3 floors so if you don’t do stairs well maybe re think this house. We didn’t mind the stairs at all. The house was super warm when we used the central heater and they provide a space heater for every room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans you could want. Everything in the kitchen works super well. Could use. A bit more silverware. Overall the stay was great and we’d stay there again! "
