Adorable room, very clean and had everything you needed…loved the dog bowls, biscuits and bed linen. The location was excellent, close to all amenities..I would definitely stay there again.

After many phones calls and the help of the maintenance man we got in our room way late do to the stupid code to the door lock. The link was never accessible and had to wait a long time to get a phone call returned.

WiFi barely worked and would skip out. Check in process was a pain and made you jump hoops to get the entry code, very impersonal. I called for help with the process, and no one answered, I left a voicemail and no one even bothered to return my call. Cleaners knocked on my door Sunday morning at 9:15am when my check out was 11:00am which I thought was not necessary being that I paid a premium to stay there and check out is 11:00am.

We paid nearly $600 for one night, including taxes and fees, and were very disappointed. The main photo on Expedia is misleading. It shows the cute gift shop at the front of the property, not the actual hotel, which is hidden behind it. The hotel itself is very old, run down, and looks nothing like the listing front photo. The carpet in our room had obvious stains, and the biggest issue was the bedding. The sheets, blankets, and covers all had visible yellow stains, making us uncomfortable enough that we tried not to let them touch our skin while we slept. For the price we paid, a clean room and honest listing photos are the bare minimum. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. I have to add that the location of the hotel is excellent.
