We warmly welcome you to the Lower Rhine. In 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 living / bedroom we can accommodate up to 4 people. In the living and dining room there is a kitchenette with a fridge, stove, oven and sink with enough dishes. The bathroom is a highlight, very spacious with a comfortable bathtub >> (bedclothes and towels are included)! The 100-year-old farmhouse with a courtyard cafe and its own roastery was renovated in 2014.
In the middle of the Lower Rhine landscape with meadows and willows. Immediately on the Dutch border about 2.5 km. To Emmerich city center about 5 km. The BAB A3 also 2.5 km. Nearby is the nature reserve, the Hetter, which is known for its variety of curlews and as a goose resting place.

Die Feriennwohnung wurde dem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Jahreswechsel für meine Frau, mich und den beiden Hunden gerecht. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, das Doppelbett sehr bequem. Vorteilhaft ist auch das Restaurant um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.

Klein, fein, super als Ausgangsbasis für Erkundungstouren.
Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Wir (2 Personen) hatten uns für einen Kurzurlaub eingemietet um die Gegend zu erkunden. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Emmerich, Kleve, Elten, 's Heerenbergh...... Im Restaurant kann man gut und günstig essen, freundliche Bedienung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Netterweise haben wir von ihm Kaffeebohnen zum probieren aus der eigenen Rösterei bekommen.

Schöne Urlaubswoche
Schnuckelige, sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit Charme. Absolut ruhige Lage inmitten Wiesen und Feldern. Sehr netter, offener Vermieter, der in eigener Kaffeerösterei verschiedene, herrlich duftende Bohnenmischungen herstellt. Die Pizzeria im Mu-cafe mit lauschigem Biergarten ein Genuss. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Klein maar fijn
Prima (inpandig) appartement aan de voorkant van een woonboerderij. Omgeving/ terrein wat rommelig. Advertentie heeft aan 4 personen. Er is 1 slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed. In de woonkamer staat een slaapbank voor de eventuele andere 2 gasten. De ruimte zou mij echt te klein zijn voor 4 personen. Badkamer met zowel douche als bad is prima. Enigzins uit verhouding voor t appartement. Badkamer is even groot als slaapkamer. Nette kitchenette met kookgerei. Fijn koffiezetapparaat. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer.

Schöne Tage in Emmerich
Alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden, absolut ruhige Lage. Saubere Wohnung und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Einzig die Matratzen im Bett entsprachen nicht unseren Gewohnheiten. Sehr schöne Umgebung zum Radfahren. Auch das neu eröffnete Restaurant können wir empfehlen.
