The perfect location. Dead center of city across from the Phil Linnott statue and Bruxelles famous bar. 10 steps off Grafton Street. Small but nice room with appliances suitable for a longer stay. Doorman / Front Desk person very accommodating and pleasant.

Everything was fantastic. The only complaint was that our shower keaked from the glass door and they tried 3 times to fix it but it still leaked a little.

I felt very safe staying here as a solo female traveler. It was in a handy location and the room/bathroom were great. Would love to have had some hand soap/hand towel though!
