"Lovely and helpful staff! The breakfast is fantastic & very filling. The waffle maker was definitely my favourite! Nice and quiet despite being in a busier area. Lots of restaurants & stores nearby, making the stay very convenient. There’s also a bus stop just right outside the front doors, and the GO station is just a 13 minute walk. Me & my partner definitely enjoyed our stay! :)"

"Though I wasn't expecting less, however, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and never wish to check out. The room was very clean and the facilities were top notch. In addition, the location is central to restaurants and store lncluding 3mins walk to the bus station. Overall the experience is excellent. One snag was that there was no universal adapter for non-canadian plugs to charge phones and laptops."

"I had a mixed experience, I stayed for 10 days and mostly the experience was excellent. On the weekend there was a few traveling hockey teams and they were very loud, both in the halls and my room overlooked the courtyard. The cleaning crew missed cleaning my room one day but it was ok… Dave at the front desk was spectacular! He was very responsive about the room cleaning and understanding when I complained about the noisy wedding party that went on til the wee hours on Saturday night. Nillah in the restaurant knew my routine immediately and as soon as I walked in the door each evening he had my tea ready and waiting. I appreciated his kindness and hospitality."
