All of the staff at this location were wonderful! Ethan checked us in and was so sweet to upgrade our room for us to a suite - my daughter loved it! The bed was super comfortable. We ate at Moxies and the food was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again when in town!

The room was beautiful, with high ceilings. The attached restaurants are accessible without going outside. There are plenty of other restaurants in the plaza around the hotel, and a Walmart for whatever miscellaneous items you may need. GO train station nearby. The lot across from the Hotel has not yet been developed.

Rooms were clean, the drawers kept rolling out on their own which was annoying. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was small and crowded but to be expected given there was a major event in town. Breakfast voucher could have been explained a bit better upon arrival but I also didnt ask any questions so that is on me. Upon going back to our room from breakfast there was some renos taking place, the main floor hallway had the carpet being pulled out, minor inconvenience to take the stairs. Overall hotel was great and close to necessities! Would stay again

I booked an accessible king room. The rooms have a power assisted door (push switch) which made getting in and out of the room very easy. The room was well appointed and had ample turning radius for for my small electric wheelchair. The staff were exceptionally helpful including calling local taxi companies to help me arrange accessible transit to the airport. There are several restaurants within “walking” distance as well as a super Walmart (which weirdly has no baskets so I had to ask for a personal shopper). I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
