"The area adjacent to the hotel is under construction so there is a lot of noise and work going on. The room I had 123 was large and clean but in need of upgrades. Windows were not operable, sink area light did not work, outlet near bed did not work. Only stayed for one night at a very cheap rate so did not complain since needed rest and did not want to deal with issues which I worked around. There was plenty of parking and there were several eateries within walking distance and the area was safe.. The beach is not exactly walking distance but close by. Good for a short stay and understand that there might have been renovated rooms and ones in need of upgrades."

"Lovely little beach inn. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom a little tight, but serves its purpose. Staff very welcoming."

"Booked 2 double rooms on ground floor due to disabled son. Arrived to find hotel under renovation, office held in 1 of the rooms the size of a closet. Was told no ground floor rooms, only 3rd floor and no working elevator even though that’s why I booked there! If we hadn’t driven 10 hrs to get there I would have looked elsewhere but guess what this reservation was non refundable as well! Told staff there is no way he can go up 3 stories. She found 1 ground floor room, TG! But that left me & my 70 year old sister climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage & multiple trips to and from ground floor. Room advertising shows coffee pot & microwave but staff says they no longer offer those items so made it even more inconvenient. Needless to say I won’t stay there anymore and since they blamed HOTEL.COM for not communicating our needs I won’t be using them again either! "
